Bidvest is Horrible

This Bidvest Car hire in Cape Town is atrocious with their service, I spoke to one consultant called Rene and she was really rude. I booked a specific car for a reason and got something else. I called them to tell them what I want and she basically said we have you a car in the category, stuff your needs. So I think you should never ever use Bidvest Car Hire they take your money and spit out inconsistencies.
