BIDVEST CAR RENTAL USELESS

I have always used bidvest car rental for my rental needs. I made a booking and everything was fine until I had to pick up the vehicle I was told that I can no longer rent from them because of code 10 license and a incident that happened 2 years ago. This very unfair and unprofessional given that I was supposed to attend the funeral of my grandmother. I'm no longer gonna use bidvest car rental or recommend it to anybody. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE BECOMING USELESS BY THE DAY!
