I returned my rental on Tuesday 6 November to Lanseria airport, it is now day 14 and i still have not received back my R5500 "holding deposit"!? Impossibly poor call centre response, no email contact provided and the ohine number on the Rentalcars.com app is a wrong number! Is this a ****??? Booking ref ********** 80
