Bidvest Car rental- no institutional culture of customer care.

Bidvest are pathetic. I think they must have some policy which says never apologize!! All the contacts I have had have displayed a casualness and complete lack of urgency. Beware these people and their insurance offerings. I was rear-ended on 19th December handed the car back same day, did all the police reporting, got details on the third party – all proper – and still have had no joy from Bidvest. No apology but plenty of excuses. They took over R5000 from my credit card and clearly are in no hurry to resolve matters. The shunt was such a small one I doubt they even took the car off the road for a day to fix it. Over 8 months!! PATHETIC. Nick Martin.
