BIDVEST CAR RENTAL IS PATHETIC!!!!

I am absolutely appalled and DISGUSTED by BIDVEST CAR RENTAL!!!! A renter of a bidvest car smashed into the back of my car in March 2018. A Bidvest Employee named 'ROXANNE BROADFOOT" then told me that it is a long process to get my claim paid as if it were my fault!! What a pathetic rental company! They had taken two months to submit my claim to their ***** repairs company called " AFRICAN RECOVERY SOLUTIONS". A lady named BIANCA VAN DER MERWE was handling my case at FJLAW AND AFRICAN RECOVERY SOLUTIONS. It is now SEPTEMBER. I was told thrice that my case has been escalated for review and that on the last attempt they would give me a settlement figure. But Alas, NOTHING! Bianca's Manager did say that Bianca was unwell for two days but told me a completely different story. According to the manager, I was told that due to my car being damaged in excess of R10000, they would need an assessor to come and have a look at my car as BIDVEST did not want to pay for damages!!!!I was told that an assessor would come by 3 weeks ago however there was no response in this regard. All contact numbers for African Recovery Solutions and Bianca Van Der Merwe now do not exist!!!!! Roxanne Broadfoot's contact numbers also do not exist and my e-mails are bouncing!! PLEASE DO NOT RENT AT BIDVEST AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AFRICAN RECOVERY SOLUTIONS OR FJLAW!!! They are an absolutely ***ardly, disgusting bunch.
