Bidvest car rental King Shaka are a *******, I rented a car in Dec 2019. On the 26th Dec 2019 car had a breakdown so I called it in and had the car towed to their depot. I kept on calling asking feedback as to what is the reason the car broke down and did not want to start. It took them 3 long weeks to inspect the car ND respond to me with findings. Even then I used to call day in and day out to query the issue. Nobody from their side contacted me. Recently I was invoiced that the car had undercarriage damages on the oil sump. Now they say they don't cover all that but the guy who assisted me with the rental did not read or explain the terms and conditions of undercarriage damages. The car has been written of apparently ND they have sent lawyers to demand I pay the whole car. Now I'm sitting with a debt of a new car that I assumed was covered when I rented it out. This company is such a *******. I'm disgusted and feel ******.
