Bidvest Car Rental CT airport.

Myself and my Family always rent cars from Bidvest Car Rental at Cape Town International airport and Vredenburg. We always fill the cars with petrol on return, either CT or Vredenburg. On the last two returns in CT we were charge for 10.1 liter petrol and refuelling fee R20. We make use of the petrol station at the airport and the petrol station coming into Vredenburg. I did phone Bidvest on the first happening, and the lady explain to me that people don't fill the cars to full. !! But why only CT airport and not Vredenburg ? Why 10.1liter. ? The petrol station at CT airport is surely not 10.1 liter far !!! Please I need to attached my petrol slips here, showing we always fills the cars the last 8/9 years. I smell a RAT !!
