BIDVEST CAR RENTAL *******ION

I did a search online for a car for 15 days rental period, which was given by DiscoverCarRental online - the Total price for the Car Rental was R2400 for 15 days and this included the full insurance payable - in order to get the voucher it requires that you pay for this immediately. I did this and the next day went to Bidvest Car rental to go and collect the car. They Took R9000 booking hold on my rental which is understandable. THE RENTAL WAS PAID IN FULL UPON ME PRINTING OUT THE VOUCHER FOR COLLECTION OF MY RENTAL. I then had to extend the rental for another 25 days and the lady assured me that they will charge me the same rate I got previously. Now expecting the same rate and happy with that (paid for the first rental in full as per the voucher) imagine my surprise when i asked for the invoice (yes asked for it) and I see that they charged me again for the first 15 days!!!!!!!!!! Upon speaking with the lady in accounts she came with one sob story about the insurance that was not charged - but in the initial quote it was charged and it gave me the TOTAL RENTAL COST. So in essence they charged me for 40 days again and disregarded the R2400 I paid online - *** now trying to get hold of Bidvest Car rental if proving to be very difficult as she keeps coming back to me saying she is on leave and cant deal with my query now!!!!!!!!! What the **** Bidvest Car rental why do you charge us double and not honor the quote I got. DO NOT USE BIDVEST CAR RENTAL AS THEY ARE JUST AS ******* AS ALL THE OTHER DEPARTMENTS IN SOUTH AFRICA - DO NOT USE BIDVEST THEY ARE NOT HONOUR THE ONLINE QUOTES YOU GET AND FIND WAYS OF CHARGING YOU DOUBLE AND THEN YOU CANT GET HOLD OF THEM TO SORT IT OUT - THEY ***** YOUR MONEY THEY PUT ON HOLD ON YOUR CARD!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE BIDVEST CAR RENTAL THEY CHEAT AND ***** YOUR MONEY WITHOUT COMING BACK TO YOU - CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS - DO NOT USE BIDVEST CAR RENTAL - THEY ARE A BUNCH OF *******
