BIDVEST CAR RENTAL(AIRPORT INSURANCE) *******!!!
<p>Hiring a car through bifvest was nightmare, first the needed a home affairs proof that my credit card belonged to me, then there is this insurance that you take online on THEIR website, that no on eint eh company seems to kow about????I mean what the HEK!! and then they tell you will be reimbursed the bond security amount, then no, you get nothing after being send from pillar to post, I mean they charge a ridiculour four something per day for insurance!!terrible company</p>
We do regret that your experience was not up to standard but at the same time point out that your reservation was with a third party. Bidvest Car Rental does not sell any insurance and we can assure you that our rates merely include a waiver option (Standard or Super) which limits your liability in the event of an accident. If any cover was purchased on line we can assure you it was not from us.
Therefore should you have any concerns about the cost of insurance purchased on line, kindly check the debit description on your credit card and if this is indeed from Bidvest Car Rental kindly send us proof on *** and we will urgently investigate.
The authorisation release request will be re-confirmed in the morning and should you have any further concerns do not hesitate to contact our team as we do want to clear up any misunderstanding that may remain.
