Bad servise and diformation on character

The servise i got the was very unprofessional and unexpected they treated me as a theif and as someone who dont know the rules and yet i was threatened by the consultant instead of them agreeing of that they were at fault they want to make me as a bad person they keep on calling me as if stole the car yet it the guy consultant who didnt do his job right now just because the head office is on their case they want to make their problem mine and yet he does not want to agree he made a mistake insted he is pushing the blame on me i am very ****ed off and felt that they should have train their consultant how to approach customers what he did is realy not expectable and yes it **** servise. I did my part to do the write thing and in end im treated like a bad person yet he didn't talk to me in a professional manner that "sorry i made a mistake "he tells me about procedures which i know but he never give himself time to explain how it works not i feel i am being mistreated and kept on being harrased about the calls i will not except the that kind of servise just because im young and think i dont know my right as a customer no. No no i will not expet the treatement i got and it was realy bad as in *** servise. What **** me the most is like now i must jump because the he has done wrong from his side instead of rectifying the mistake he did he is shifiting the blame on me i will not tolaratre the **** they make me seem im disparate i was not i ndeed help and to be mobile since i dont have mine bit i got **** servise i am so upset and i need answers from the head office is this is how they treat all clients or is because im young and a lady or black not knowing what should be done i have the proof from my side of i did call and report abd he sad he is gona do it not explaing and what it worse he keept queit the whole ****en day. Not rectifying that he did wrong these are the procedure he only talk when **** is coming to him. I will not accept it and i need answers in what need to be done about this matter.
