Bad servise

I am so **** of about the service I am getting from bidvest car rental in witbank they are so in compitent and very rude especially the manager Jeffery he doesn't know how to treat customer and yet every time we always have to do the follow-up and when we do so the is no solution with regard to the matter yet they very quick to say we must call customer care which was not helpful also and now we are being threatened with lawyers and legal department thus bull **** we won't accept this treatment we needed this to be resolved asap or our next step is the papers I'll go that far to run the business we need answers asap from the boss not the rude. Manager they have all our details I need answers asap
