Bad Service with Bidvest Car Rental

I hired a car with Bidvest car rental (Durban airport) recently, I am deeply disappointed with what they have done with deposit. First of all, I was given a car with defects inside. I reported it to agent who inspected car with me before driving off. The agent, a certain Derick Mkhize, told me to only worry about the exterior of the car. That on its own was awkward. Anyway, I drove off. In the morning while checking out of the hotel, I realised that the wheel caps have been ******. The car was parked on the hotel well secured parkings, so it couldn't be that the ****** caps happened on the parking. I returned the car, I filled up the car and reported the ****** caps. However, I am in deep shock that the company has charged me R3267.34. The invoice says total due: 0.00. I don't know the charges are for what exactly. Very awful experience, period
