Bad service experienced

I have visited your car rental offices in Carlton Centre and their service was shocking.i was told how my rental rights are withdrawn due outstanding fees under my name,of which that can be true because I lost employment and couldn’t pay those fees.i have asked how can I rectify that situation instead I was given blocked wall and couldn’t even entertain furnishing with information.my alternative plan was to get my girlfriend to rent it then I use her car over the weekend but services couldn’t be rendered to me further due to that status.
