Bad bad service

I rented a car with Bidvest carrental Sandton , I waited 30 minutes behind 2 people in the line up. The staff were having an in-house domestic and one was on the phone to a manager while the others were too distracted to do their job properly, all in earshot of the customers. My rental car was badly damaged, dents and scratches all over. Bad bad i would like to rate it -5
