Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service from Bidvest car rental. After a car accident with my 2 children outside Graaf Reinet we were quoted one price only to have double the amount deducted from our account. Not once did Nick in Graaf Reinet explain all the fine print, he just wanted to make his sale! We are disgusted with this company
