3rd party claim

A client of bidvest Herm**** reversed into me on 06 January 2020. We did the avidavit that same day and it was reported the very next day to Bidvest.

Since then I have been waiting for a CLAIM NR and still nothing This is absolutely rediculous I keep phoning them and they keep saying they will find out and phone me back. Beginning of Feb they phoned me once to get my registration Which they already had This is so frustrating as I have no numbers or further information to follow up And my quote to fix the car probably expired by now.

I just want my car FIXED
