Fugitive customer - high risk ...

On the 20/09/2024 My dad had gone for the service of our Datsun go 2018.Dad went to gateway with my son .They both sat waiting, wondering why the car was not parked off for collection ..my dad then asked for our car & to his surprise - he then found out that McCarthy Nissan is holding the car until payment is made because he was told he can't be given he's car apparently because the service plan had forfeited " allegedly ", dad had no money on him . I got a call from my son in the background I heard my father begging for he's car ....Dad's car was fully paid of in March 2024 but was supposed to end in October 2024 it was fully paid along with interest and service plan etc ...I was at work, it was raining heavily on the 20/09/2024.I left early had to go back along with the money which was to be paid a supposed discount was given to him from 4000 to R 1822.51c.Bidvest McCarthy was refusing to release our free hold car until money was paid up .I withdrew the cash @ verulam CBD ATM .Then I proceeded to the bidvest McCarthy Nissan gateway with bolt & I hoped to handover the cash because I was told all money to be paid cash - I hoped we would collect our car and go home ..A female had suggested someone assist us but then she too was silenced eventually by the one that assisted my dad ,So instead of being assisted my 66 years old retired father had to walk to the Cresent mall in that pouring rain only to find that there are no ATMs that deposits and we then went to gateway banking hall on foot .We walked whilst our free hold car sat there in bidvest McCarthy Nissan premisis because after purchasing this car we could flee the country. I saw no sense in this ...the workers sat with heater on while we got soaked .The car milage is incorrect about 6000 off so that's *****.This was by far the worst experience ever in our lives . Poor services & pathetic delivery to a customer. Bidvest McCarthy Nissan made us feel humiliated / belittled /and inferior. No matter how huge your business maybe with treatment like this you will become bankrupt soon ..I just spent 30 k I could've deposited on my own vehicle & it's a shame after this I won't refer you to anyone if I could id give you minus 100 score rating , don't judge customers on appearance . Bidvest McCarthy Nissan you must be exposed and people must know what a risk it is to buy vehicles because once people buy are you going to do the same to them as it was done to my father. My father is still sick because of that rain & cold today is the 28/09/2024.I will never forgive bidvest McCarthy Nissan for the stress & the downfall in he's health if anyone dares to harm him especially dad he's humble.
