Down boy - Bad owner behavior

Breakfast must - could be WAY better, if the owner Garth Mes does not interfere with the Kitchen. He likes to humor the SA KAREN's -that enjoys complaining about anything- to scream and shout at the kitchen staff, laud enough for the "Karen's", patrons & other staff to hear. This brings the place down. The kitchen is run by Poppy, she is the head Sheff. Started at this place in the scullery and worked herself up! She is the 1 that keeps this kitchen running. The owner Garth is short tempered and un profesional with his public outburst. Myself did work for him recently for 3 months, with no Salary paid out to me. I have been ridiculed and publicly humiliated by these out burts. The front house people/employees does not last longer than 3mnts, and that creates delayed/bad service. The business times is not consisted. Coffee shop at Bidon Bistro - Topdose is awesome.
