Theft

We moved from SA to the UK in August. I packed almost all of my stuff including all my personal stuff like cameras, spare cellphones (in boxes), spare watches, sunglasses, iPod etc. into plactic crates. These crates were then places into Biddulphs boxes. On arrival all of these items were missing. My kids charity boxes were broken open and all the money removed and stuff was packed so badly, it was either damaged or broken. It has now been 3 months of going backwards and forwards and we are getting paid out for a few items but only the ones specified. We did not specify each item individually so they refuse to pay out. They apparently Polygraphed their staff who passed with flying colours - how can that be? But they wont share the reports with us? A move overseas is hard enough without having to worry about your stuff being ****** while being packed.
