selling offcuts as quality product

ordered ribs, twice wrong ribs were delivered and I was charged for it!! not only was it wrong it was unusable off cuts that were charged over a thousand rand per item!! shocking service from the new team there. they do not care that my guests are used to a quality product they only care about your money. I feel cheated by them an they should be held accountable
