Extremely bad service.

I can see by the failure to respond to any of the reviews that writing anything may be a complete waste of time. Placed orders on Wednesday and received nothing. Was promised on Friday and still nothing. Their way of dealing with the problem is to turn of their phones. Not only do they not assist my business but by their actions actually harm my business. Is there any logical reason to do business with them?
