Disappointing Service from Bidfood Polokwane

Very poor service from Bidfood Polokwane. Deliveries are often delayed despite orders being placed and paid for on time. Following up is frustrating, with poor communication and limited assistance from account managers and representatives. These delays negatively affect my business and contract commitments.
