Bidfood Polokwane - Rude manager - No people Skills

I was referred to Bidfood Polokwane retail by the Riches Representative as I am interested in distributing one of their products. The manager was quite rude to me and instead of giving me a hearing, automatically assumed that I was there to ask for a free samples and brushed me off when I was in fact explaining my business to him and trying to tell him that I was there to open a trade account. At no time did I even talk about a sample, let alone ask for one. Before I could even finish what I was saying, he rudely told me that they don't deal with samples and I should go to the supplier. I was highly offended by his manner and I will never support any business that employs such a person. Bidfood should teach their staff basic communication skills so that possible clients don't get put off and go elsewhere.
