Terrible service

I’m disappointed the service I received from bidders choice assets manager. His name is Jan Le Roux. I’ve purchased from Bidders Choice several times before but never experienced such a rude a vile manager. My driver went to pick up a truck I purchased and didn’t receive the papers for the truck. I asked him why didn’t he give the driver the documents. He says my driver must ask for them with an attitude. He hangs up the phone in my ear. I try calling several times and eventually answers with an attitude(he answers by saying “yes”). He is very rude. I’ve spend over half a million with bidders choice. They’ve lost me as a client now.
