BIDDERS CHOICE MISINTERPRETATION
BIDDERS CHOICE have a vacant property for sale on the 17/09/15 which they claim is development land of 7200m squared. However they fail to mention that a large chunk of this property is not developable. In fact on 3200m2 of the total 7200m is developable and the balance considered a wet land. I personally being a town planner feel that is misinterpretation by the auctioneer and could infact have legal consequences. Bidders may wrongly base their bid on the total 7200m which is not developable. <br> I would like to see the auctioneer make this clear before commencement of the auction to thus avoid legal liability.<br> <br> Lenny Albright

What is important here is, that we were selling and advertising the full extent of the stand, which is 7105sqm (that is what will be transferred into the new owner's name).
Please be assured of the fact your concern was dealt with on the auction and everybody attended the auction was FULLY MADE AWARE of this. The intention was in any event to deal with this on the auction, as we record all our auctions. Nobody can afterwards turn around and say that they haven't been made aware of this.As a matter of interest the developers who were interested in the property did their own due diligence with the help of their town planners and they came up with the very same conclusion. The serious buyers were prepared and did their homework properly, which is good practise for anybody attending an auction.
