Never again
Sent goods in for auction. Set reserve . ( was told they'd deliver back to me - no cost- if unsold after second week) Were supposed to phone me before accepting Any offers lower than 20% off. Never called to confirm my acceptance. Sold items for ridiculously low prices. Also returned some goods-(undamaged on their initial collection from me by them) , but subsequently unsold and damaged while in their curatorship. No response no apology either - certainly no offer yet to compensate. After the first two sales, They stopped emailing me lists of what was sold and at what price. I also know I sent in other goods they haven't acknowledged are still with them yet unsold . Big promises - little fulfillment.
