WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE

An 82 old lady was booked on the 16:20 flight with kalula from Johannesburg to Durban, the pathetic staff of BIDair was supposed to escort her to that plane but the pathetic staff was too busy with their own mission, and the old lady missed her plane and was sunsequently rebooked on the 20:00 flight and her daughter and grandson had to drive another 60km to O.R Tambo to go and calm the old lady down after the pathetic disgusting service of BIDair.
