Rude employee

I flew from Dubai to JNB. When i landed the bags didn't arrived. I reported the lost bags. I was given a reference number. So today i went to the airport to follow up. I was helped one lady she advised me that my bags will arrive on the afternoon flight. I waited. When i went back to Bidair service i spoke to Nomonde mpofu , i told here i'm waiting for my bags , i told her that i was called by Rwandair advised me that the bags were loaded. She just told the bags didn't arrive. She ignored me after that she made her personal call talking to her friend while i'm waiting. Her colleague he was busy answering work calls. I waited for him to finish the call. He helped me. He asked me to wait because the bags arrived already. The lady i spoke with in the afternoon arrived with my bags. She asked nomonde to close my file she said no, while i'm right in front of her. Nomonde mpofu she is so rude, not helpful at all. Thank you to the lady who did her best to assure me that i will get my bags. If i'm not wrong her name is Elizabeth. Bidvestair needs people like her in front office.
