Bags didn't arrive with passengers 27 March KL591. Have been trying the \service"numbers all day to arrange collection of bags rather than waiting for courier but no answer. Also tried the email address given but that simply bounced. What is the point in giving contact details if there is no one there to answer? I can only imagine how a visitor to SA would feel! """
