Disgusted

After a 18 hour flight. I had to go to baggage claim to fill a form for lost luggage . I asked Miss Ivy to please give me a pen. She then said I should say please. I told her that that's exact what i said. She told me to give back the pen. I eventually found my own pen. A Mr Nel said can I use your pen to which Ivy gladly gave to Mr Nel. I'm disappointed that I was treated that way because of the color of my skin. I'm highly disappointed in Bidvest and Air Seychelles
