Amazing service by a BidAir manager after an exhausting journey

My wife and I missed a Qatar airline's connecting flight at Doha to Johannesburg. They were willing to book a hotel room for us but we declined because we needed to get to Johannesburg as quickly as possible for our flight to PE. We flew via Nairobi and missed our flight to PE. A gentleman named Lebo Lelaka (manager) gave us such great service at BidAir in Johannesburg. Since we missed the PE flight we wanted Qatar Airlines to pay for one night's stay at the City Lodge seeing that our flight to PE was early the next day. Lebo called made many phone calls on our behalf and pleaded to the have Qatar airlines pay for the hotel stay. His station manager agreed with our situation and Lebo was able to give us a voucher for the hotel stay that night. Great service.
