unexceptable

This company I believe is just a ****. I have been paying them since 2010. They have not kept any of their promises. I have never received Any of my so called certificates or news letters. I have tried in-vane since june to stop the policy I have with them. I was promised that I would receive the necessary documentation to stop the policy,first I was told they need original docs so it would be posted and I would have to post it back,then after 3weeks of not receiving any thing I struggled again to get hold of them,finally when I did get hold of them I was told very rudely that the docs will be send via email. That was in september,and I'm still waiting. I have tried to phone them numerous times and either get a answering machine or just No answer. I want my money back.
