Tablet problematic

Good day,<br> <br> I emailed, and submitted an online enquiry with Bid4Gold last week already. To date, no correspondence or update.<br> <br> On the 2nd May 2015, I was on a phone call, and my tablet just went off. I attempted, to switch the tablet on and it went on with no signal or network coverage?<br> <br> Urgently advise, what can be done about this dilemma since our only have the tablet a few months.<br> <br> Can i get a replacement unit, till my tablet is sorted out or whats the alternative? I'm not prepared to pay, for a product that's 6 months in use and all of a sudden not working anymore.<br> <br> Unhappy Customer!<br>
