Bad service provider for security systems
I installed a security system through Bicsg security Group last year. I have had numerous problems with false alarms and sensors going off line. I contacted them and they eventually came out to fix the problems. After they had been there they sent me an account. My system still does not work properly and I informed them of this fact. I even sent them proof of this. They contacted me and one of there managers namely Albert contacted me and made an appointment to come and see me. He never pitched up. This is extremely bad service.
