Attorneys owing monies to their clients

These attorneys (Biccari Bollo Mariano Inc. (Reg. No. ***) are very quick to charge you for the smallest thing even a photocopy but then withhold estate funds owed to their clients (beneficiaries) for a prolonged period of time. Making all the promises to pay but never deliver on the promise This message from them dated the 01/04/2026 by (***) “Kindly note that we are in receipt of the master’s original letter, for which we thank you. (Which "I" as the client had collected for them) “We have requested release of the investment, and the funds are expected within 5-7 working days. Thanks, and kind regards, Vanitha” Dated the 24/04/2026 by (Alberto Bollo ***) "My apologies for the delay. I have just been a bit inundated of late. I will sort the payments out." Today 08/05/2026 they still have not released the funds you as a client have make commitments because they have made a commitment to you!!!! So not sure if they don't have the funds or what they are doing with the funds This whole matter is concerning As for the (The Legal Practice Council of South Africa) they have not investigated to my request so it looks like they might have a back👋inside man in the department as well, seeing nothing seems to get investigated
