I dealt with Helen Jordaan an employee of Bicardu Jewellers, our arrangement was for me to supply a old ring, she would size the diamond, and design a new wedding ring from a photo supp****. A wax model would be produced and once im happy new ring would be made and we would then off set the old ring to accommodate costs for the new ring.
