I was employed by Bicacon back in November 2020 and had a contract that was supposed to have expired 30th April 2022 but I have experienced exploitation from the company as we were under a company installing pipes at the pipeline project which is a project under Rand Water, I was never paid my January salary have exhausted every chain of command line but Bicacon Hr have been running away from paying my salary for the January and February, also the remainder of my contract which was to expire on the 30th of April as stated above. I've tried to call them, email them and speaking to the contract manager Herman Braun but no one is willing to respond to my case, event went to the ccma to open a case of unpaid salary which Bicacon then made a settlement agreement with me that I will be paid on the 30th of April which never happened, then went to the Bargain council for Civil Engineering industry and also opened a case as well but nothing has also changed, last few weeks ago I went to the department of labour to make a claim for my uif but I was told I need to have Ui19 forms and salary schedule which I contacted Bicacon Herman Braun in particular along with the Bicacon head of Hr Priya Prakasim and she has ignored all my calls.

I haven't been able to get a job since then and also we have had a fee that was deducted from our salaries by bargain council of civil engineering industry and also the funeral cover which we were not advised on about.

As stated above that I have exhausted all the chain of command lines to have this matter resolved but nothing has been fruitful.
