Useless Bic Firelighters

On 14.11.2020 I purchased a box of Bic firelighters at Pick n Pay and I tell you they are the most useless firelighters I have ever purchased in my life. As instructed we placed then on the briquettes and attempted to light the firelighters. Nothing happened at all, the firelighters just looked at us with a blank expression. We ended up having to go and buy other fire lighter that actually worked
