Bic South African - Defective Firelighters

Please be informed that the BIC Firelighters which I purchased at the Trade Route Mall Lenasia in March 2018, does not conform to quality standards. I have been using your products for over 15 years and the reason for purchasing BIC products is purely based on quality consistency. This was rather embarrassing as we were having a braai on the 01.07.2018 and when I ignited the individual wrapped firefighters, it burnt for less than a minute, which did not heat up the charcoal. I had no choice but to use newspaper and pieces of wood to get the charcoal burning, due to the nonconforming firelighters. (This was rather a lengthy process and frustrating) We are planning to have a huge function this weekend and would like the products to be replaced. (Please revert back to me)
