<p>4 packs of the Clic Medium Ball Pen from Pick n Pay Trade Route Mall Lenasia in January 2017 and the product does not conform to quality standards.</p> <p>Bic is known for reliability in manufacturing good quality pens, however this is my first encounter whereby the clip holders are fragile and breaking easily and the tips are cracking.</p> <p>I have been using your product range for years due to quality and best value for money, however this is a concern. </p> <p>Kindly arrange to uplift the defective products and provide replacement stock.</p> <p>Please provide the corrective action that shall be taken to identify the root cause and preventive action that will be put in place avoid a recurrence of such defects. </p> <p>I have reported these defects to BIC and await feedback relating to my complaint.</p> <p> </p>
