Bic customer service as dry as their product

I purchased fibre tip pens around the 27th December. On the packet it states even if the pen's cap's are off, it will not dry out for at least 3 months. 1 color started drying up within 10 minutes, the second color was dry from the word go I did contacted them and was promised to get a call back. Needles to say no callback
