Big ****mers on facebook. Charging money for a book you still need to print, and promise a refund if not completely satisfied. Then you are billed every week because the fine print say subscription. To get your money back is impossible. I've been promised a refund in 10 to 15 days, it's a month now and still nothing, no response to emails. It's a disgrace that they use Christianity to **** people out of hard earned money. Stay away!

I would strongly advise people to think twice before purchasing from Bible Hub. I purchased the “Bybel - Visuele Bloudruk Printables” because it appeared to be a once-off purchase for R240. About a month later, I discovered that R240 was being deducted from my credit card every week. When I went back to the original purchase email, I eventually found that it mentioned the purchase would become a subscription—but this was hidden in very small print. At no point did I intentionally sign up for a recurring weekly subscription. Considering that the product consists only of downloadable PDF printables (and not an app or service with ongoing content), I had no reason to expect recurring charges. As soon as I noticed the deductions, I cancelled the subscription via the email link and contacted customer support. “Andries” confirmed that my subscription had been cancelled and assured me that all subsequent subscription charges would be refunded within 10–15 days. Because I had lost confidence that the recurring payments would actually stop, I even cancelled the credit card that had been used for the purchase. It has now been almost two months, and I have still not received the promised refund. To make matters worse, my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. The responses I initially received also felt automated rather than from a real person, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this business. The way the subscription is presented and the lack of follow-through on a promised refund have left me feeling misled and extremely disappointed. What makes this especially sad is that this business operates under the banner of the Bible and Christian values. I expected honesty and integrity. While my experience has been disappointing, I trust that God sees everything, and I hope the company chooses to treat future customers more fairly.

Unfortunately transactions related to https://sistematieseteologie.com/ through biblehub.store, biblicalhub.org and Bible Hub is a big ****. Be aware for any Sistematiese Teologie material promoted by a "Dominie se vrou". Usually they state it is for R240 once off promising a money back guarantee. Instead they process multiple transactions on your account without permission, usually every 7 days, they do not give refunds or assist you with any money back guarantee. They don't answer e-mails and operate under multiple different web addresses, so the exact pages might differ. Basically everything on the sites is a lie. I've reached out to them multiple times and have since the initial transaction seen countless other cases where they ****med other individuals in exactly the same way!

BEWARE -BIBLE HUB / Ethiopian Bybel™ ? Die Woord se Padkaart / Internet Guides LLC Please beware of Ethiopian Bybel™ or Die Woord se Padkaart or Internet Guides LLC. I am really are not sure with which company you are dealing with, so beware of all three. You agree to a once off purchace of Old Bible Books that they advertise on Facebook. Once your payment is done, they initiate a weekly subscription of R480.00 per week! They will argue with you and tell you that you did indeed choose to purchase a weekly subscription of R480... for what? You do not get anything. There is no app, no nothing! Really a BIG new **** in SA . Please do not fall for any of this as there is no books / files or anything that gets sent to you. Even the e-mail with the attached Books are empty.

Deducted money from my account without my consent. When contacted they confirmed that my subscription was stopped and that I would be refunded and then deducted another installment that same day. I never subscribed to any subscription to be deducted weekly.
