RAW Chicken bought from bibis

We just bought bibi full house and bibi full chicken meal what a terrible experience firstly we ordered to pick up we were told half and hour we get there and sit for 40 mins then get home all our chicken is all RAW what kind of service is this pathetic, my small kids already started eating the chicken what happens if they get food poison Bibis on 768 inanda road very disappointing 😕 ***
