Bianco beauty and innovation

Very unprofessional! She ordered horrible material for our brides****s dresses. She sent us a picture of the material and it looked completely different to what she had bought. When we asked her to refund us the deposits we had put down for the material, she agreed to giving it back, but only refunded half of the amount. She told us it was stated in the quote that a refund is only 50% back of what we'd give, but nowhere in our quote does it state that. She's also very rude in how she communicates and is totally unprofessional.
