Diad dent removers damages to my vehicle complaint

Biad dent removers in Boksburg north gave me the worst service, i will not advise anyone to fix their vehicle there. I took in my vehicle to fix a rear bumper and they did the job in 3 days as they committed and when i picked up my vehicle Morne asked me to bring it back for final touches in 2 weeks. I brought it back for the polishing as asked for couple of hours, when i he brought the vehicle back to me the windscreen was cracked from bottom up in the middle. I confronted him about it immediately and we went back to his shop to ask his staff of which stories changed twice confirming that the damage happened after i entrusted them with fixing my vehicle. After a number of days of me following up with him, he says everyone who brings their vehicle to his place to get fixed they will liable for any damge they cause to it at the store. I am taking legal action at this stage...this is unacceptable, for him or his stuff to be reckless with someone elses property and not take any form of accountability it is sad for consumers in SA
