BI Plane Company service

I'm writing this review to expose BI Plane Company which is a transport & logistics company.

Shipping a TV from SA to UAE from which the TV fell of the shipping crate and cracked.

After an incident was logged we have waited 6 months for the claim to be solved which has not been solved yet. It's been a rollercoaster with absolutely limited communication.

I would not recommend using there service at all. There service is unprofessional and unreliable.

My next step now is to take legal action against BI Plane Company.
