Horrible service 😑

I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in my life 😞, booked 3 nights and paid R3000 for a horrible service,the was no electricity and no running water 😢, we had to wake up in the middle of the night to seat outside with a toddler cos the aircon was not working ,no room service, no one at the reception too assist, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the owner but received zero apology or regret ,very cold and proud person,unless u want to experience the horror treatment I got don't bother lodging here ,online they advised the offer breakfast ,lol when I asked was advised they can only warm my food very pathetic.
