Bhome Complaice - DO NOT TRUST

They did a water COC on a property we bought. water usage was unsually high for us. I then tried to see if there was leak, found it. sent it to the agent she then told me to take it up with Bhome. I was then told to call municiplality...by Beninda vam Vuuren, she also doesnt listen to what you say always talks over you and bambards you with false information. I had another company come in to fix the leak and they gave me proper advice and information hence my statement.

I then got the evidence that the property was vacant from end september 2020 - mid december when we took occupation. and the water.consumption was 30kl! inspection was done on 20th October 2020 and they still signed off the COC when the water meter clear ws still registering water usage when consuption has stopped.

I had reported this to City of Cape Town and CPA.
