No service from BHF

The above company give no access to them as they don't answer their phones or emails. We have to drive through to Johannesburg only to let them tell us they will send us a mail regarding our new practise number which they never do.<br> <br> We are private practitioners and don't have the time to leave work to drive through to Johannesburg every time.<br> This is very unprofessional and they don't seem to bother.<br> <br> It's not fair to receive invoices to pay our fees if they can't deliver a service.<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br> Gerhard Pienaar<br>
