VERY POOR SERVICE TOWARDS CHRONIC PEOPLE

My aunt is 62 & my mom is 67 they attend their chronic treatment here. and everytime they go they are told to wait outside the clinic where there is no chairs to sit on, they must stand. Then a nurse will come and collect max 25 cards and come back after +1hour and take another 25 cards. Note no check ups are done, they are just given more pills and sometimes it's different pills. My aunt went today 18 Nov 2020 for her Diabetics Treatmnet she was at the hospital at 7H30 she came back 12h20. all this time she had to stand there, what about the other elderly people who can't stand for long. This is not right.
